Interesting Lecture this Wednesday Evening [Posted 12/4/05]
I've attached details on an interesting lecture that is being sponsored by some groups at the Denver Art Museum. Marc Ghysels, a Belgian radiologist, will be speaking on using CAT Scan technology to assess and authenticate art and antiques. He's now making a living doing this, and finds that many of the pieces he is asked to evaluate are fakes! *7pm, Wednesday, Lakewood Cultural Center. $3 for Art Museum members; $5 for non-members.
