The Ovation Players NewsLCMA Announces New Adult Orchestra [Posted 6/1/07]  Littleton Community Music Association is pleased to announce the inaugural season of the Castle Rock Orchestra. The Castle Rock Orchestra is an adult community orchestra based in Castle Rock, Colorado. The ensemble will be rehearsing at the Castle Rock Elementary School, 1103 Canyon Drive, Castle Rock, CO, on Sundays from 2pm to 4pm beginning August 19, 2007. Free performances are planned for October and December at Castle Rock Elementary and the Grange in The Meadows. The performance program will consist of 20th Century music including Impressionism, Americana, and film music. The group is open to all area musicians with a college-level of musical proficiency. The group will be led by Matthew Rose.
